I hate this building. If you want to be disturbed by external noises every single day then move into this place. The heater makes an annoying noise as well, don’t get me started with the noise that the drain in the bathroom makes. This place is a waste of money, with their outdated kitchen shelves and peeling heater paint. There’s no on site security or concierge. The “lobby” and elevator is constantly dirty and smelling. Your money will be better spent elsewhere!! These are the most unprofessional ppl I have ever encountered. These positive reviews are confusing, maybe it was a recent change in staffing. either way it was a terrible experience: initially the week of move-in there was a broken light in my roomate room and they said she had to pay for it.. red flag #1.
