Normally I’ve had good experiences. But James a 15 + driver refused to tow my son’s car through Aaa. He said my son needed to be there although he told the agent she had to go to work. I spoke with James and he pulled the race card on me. Funny thing is we are the same race. He said he was going to tell his boss that I was being racist so my complaint would not mean anything. Called 4 times on different phones and the guy on the other end is saying he can't hear anything which is wild I need to see if my car got towed there and some old man is screaming in my ear I can't hear you and it's on his end maybe hire some people who know how to work a phone

Had our alternator go out on us on I-65. Called them and they showed up within 15 minutes. The service driver Jared was very professional and personable. He had to hook up the car while in the snow along the highway. Brought us to a repair shop and then dropped us off at a car rental facility nearby.

The rudest customer service we have ever experienced. Tows your car, but won't release it on the weekends and then charges you for it. Also wouldn't let us get important documents out of the car. This place is extremely shady.
