I used Kristin & Eric as my Realtors to represent me on the purchase of a home. It was a very difficult transaction, a purchase from a decedent and a trust. After the contract I had a home inspector and discovered some major problems and was backing out of the transaction and then the seller came back and offered to make all the repairs noted in the inspection. Kristin & Eric are ONE OF A KIND! GEMS!! THE BEST!! We worked with them to help manage our home in Indio, fix it up and get it rented. They have gone above and beyond at every step in the process. Kristin and Eric are excellent property managers. They had an issue Saturday morning and quickly called out plumbers to address the issue. Plumbers arrived on site within 30 min and so did Eric from copple. After explaining the issue they quickly approved so the plumbers can start working on it immediately.
