Kristin & Eric are ONE OF A KIND! GEMS!! THE BEST!! We worked with them to help manage our home in Indio, fix it up and get it rented. They have gone above and beyond at every step in the process. Kristin and Eric are excellent property managers. They had an issue Saturday morning and quickly called out plumbers to address the issue. Plumbers arrived on site within 30 min and so did Eric from copple. After explaining the issue they quickly approved so the plumbers can start working on it immediately. Kristin from Copple Concierge Services is totally unprofessional. I certainly would NOT recommend using her service as a property manager, based on my experience.
They have always been a great partner in helping us with our Coachella stays!
When people talk about Coachella, they talk about headliners; we talk about KRISTEN! She has been an integral part of making our trips to the desert so successful - the properties are fantastic, she is always available to ensure our experience staying there is outstanding, and troubleshoot any last minute questions/needs we might have. Highly recommend going through Copple Concierge Services if you are headed to the great Palm Springs area!
