Kristin from Copple Concierge Services is totally unprofessional. I certainly would NOT recommend using her service as a property manager, based on my experience.
They have always been a great partner in helping us with our Coachella stays!
When people talk about Coachella, they talk about headliners; we talk about KRISTEN! She has been an integral part of making our trips to the desert so successful - the properties are fantastic, she is always available to ensure our experience staying there is outstanding, and troubleshoot any last minute questions/needs we might have. Highly recommend going through Copple Concierge Services if you are headed to the great Palm Springs area!
Copple Concierge Services helped us find a house for Coachella. Working with them far exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful and they were responsive throughout planning and the stay.
