If you like a classic G&T, pick up a bottle of the Kina Tonic syrup. Your gin will be grateful for it's elevation in circumstances.

Located near the waterfront of Seattle, these guys are going to do great things with their imported Scottish stills. Not open yet, but when they are, you should check out the tasting room.
