I just moved to New York by myself and have been so relieved that I found a Copperwood property. The leasing process was seamless (I used a broker but in hindsight, they make it so easy that I could have done it myself and saved the $, JFYI if you have a broker I would recommend just looking at their website and reaching out to Copperwood directly). Wonderful management team—special thanks to Gashi and Evelyn for their help. They are incredible helpful. However, if you are very sensitive to noise, please consider living on a higher floor, as soundproofing in prewar buildings, which are mostly constructed with wood joists, is generally not as effective as in concrete structures. But overall my living experience is nice👏
Just moved in to our building recently and everyone has been so helpful, especially our super Gashi who has really taken care of us. He has been attentive to our every need, and we truly appreciate him!!

I moved into a Copperwood property earlier this year, and it’s been a great experience. The whole team has been friendly, easy to reach, and helpful. The super, Gashi, has been absolutely phenomenal, he is kind, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Any time something comes up, he’s there right away. This has been one of the best renting experiences I’ve had in New York.
