Gashi is always incredibly reliable and kind. I cannot rave enough about how attentive he is and how much he cares about keeping tenants happy and safe!

The super Gaishi is wonderful. Helpful, goes above and beyond, and is very attentive. I’ve had a few maintenance requests and they have been resolved immediately the following day. Very rare for NYC!
Beautiful newly renovated apartment with great natural light. Amazing neighborhood. The leasing office is very easy to get in touch with. One of the highlights is definitely Gashi, who helps us with all of our maintenance requests. He manages multiple locations and he arrives within minutes of putting in a work order. He is always happy to help in any way that he can. Great place to live if looking for an apartment on the UES.
Gashi, the super, is amazing. Text him about an issue and he'll be there to fix it almost immediately!
