Nothing but positive things to say about my experience with my super Gashi - whether it be answering questions about the apartment, helping to install our ACs, or being around if we forget our keys, Gashi has been very helpful and made our experience here a good one so far!
The super Gaishi is wonderful. Helpful, goes above and beyond, and is very attentive. I’ve had a few maintenance requests and they have been resolved immediately the following day. Very rare for NYC!
Beautiful newly renovated apartment with great natural light. Amazing neighborhood. The leasing office is very easy to get in touch with. One of the highlights is definitely Gashi, who helps us with all of our maintenance requests. He manages multiple locations and he arrives within minutes of putting in a work order. He is always happy to help in any way that he can. Great place to live if looking for an apartment on the UES.
Gashi, the super, is amazing. Text him about an issue and he'll be there to fix it almost immediately!
I just moved to New York by myself and have been so relieved that I found a Copperwood property. The leasing process was seamless (I used a broker but in hindsight, they make it so easy that I could have done it myself and saved the $, JFYI if you have a broker I would recommend just looking at their website and reaching out to Copperwood directly).
