RecommendedCoppertree is amazing. From the moment I found them on apartments.com, to the tour, to signing the lease, to even picking up my packages. The price is a steal based off the environment and appliances alone. It’s always clean, quiet, and the staff is so friendly every time I speak with them. I love the checkup emails they send and I love that we can have little decoration competitions (I didn’t compete this year but next year if this is a thing I’m winning lol). The leasing staff is extremely welcoming , and friendly. Maintenance is always timely. I highly recommend.

Everyone in the leasing office is great .. they truly want the best for their residents.... They will go the extra mile to get the residence needs Sam Samantha and Jen are awesome great customer service
Maintenance is never around and they don't fix anything. It's been 3-4weeks I asked them to fix the issue but haven't received any update. When I ask for update they just smile (sarcastically) say ok.
