I would not recommend Coppertop dental in Redmond Oregon to anyone, while service seems competent, billing practice is very dishonest. Six months ago I had a cleaning and xrays for $220.00, today I was charged $323.00 for a cleaning, when asked why, I was told because I did not have insurance I had to pay the higher rate. I did not have insurance on the previous visit and was told I was given insurance discount by mistake, why does a cash customer get screwed and have to pay a higher rate?
This is an an additional review for Coppertop Dental for service on 2/16/21, my first review was negative due to the dishonest billing practice and has not changed at this point. The owner Evan did respond to my review and said in his response that I could call or email. well I have called once and emailed twice, no response. Bottom line is this, I had an appointment for a routine cleaning, received my reminder card that I had an upcoming appointment for a routine cleaning, had a follow up phone call for my cleaning.
