Purchased several items from this company recently, the first transaction went well. On the last transaction I was promised a dewalt power tool “free of charge”. Package arrived, but no sign of the power tool. Would not recommend purchasing any items from this company as they don’t seem to honor what the promise

Copper state is a great tool supplier. I am a new customer and I have nothing but good things to say... There customer service is great and the tools they sell are top notch. I look forward to a long stress free relationship.
Placed an order for circular saw blades, reciprocating saw blades, and a 60volt Dewalt pressure washer. Received a 20volt Dewalt pressure washer bare tool, it can purchased locally for 129.00 and these guys charged 350.00 for the pressure washer and the rest of the order never showed.
