I was servicing my TTX cartridge from the aero hybrid kit on my bike that the previous owner installed and had purchased 2 bushings and a seal from coppersmith. After going home to install them, I noticed the one bushing had a large gash through the teflon coating with the base metal showing. Given that the bushing was defective, I asked for a replacement. When I asked, Thom (the owner) accused me of screwing up the bushing when trying to install it, and claimed I was trying to rip him off for another one (which cost $1.80).... read more

Botched a $400 fork job on a KTM & refused to give a refund.
I purchased the Aero hybrid suspension and rear ohlin shock for my 2022 Beta 300 woods bike and was amazed at how incredible it was my first ride. The bike does not deflect off of roots, logs, rocks like my stock suspension. I am way less fatigued since the bike is calmer everywhere. You will be happy with Coppersmith :))
