Even though Steve was extraordinarilly busy, he made time to come by for a fairly small job. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. It was Christmas and he knew we were desperate for his services. He even refused payment and it wasn't until I insisted that he accepted some compensation. Great guy.
Very poor customer service. I wouldn’t call this company even if my house was flooding in sewage. Just terrible. Avoid this company at all cost. They want money up front and they will treat you like they’re doing you a favour even when they’re up charging you by more than 3x. Make sure to Do your due diligence.
