Very positive experience all the way around from the time I ordered until the time it arrived copper Smith provided support and guidance. I would highly recommend them. Also, your product is first class.

Great customer service and great quality. I wanted a custom hood designed from a picture and they made it happen. I also needed a powerful fan for wok cooking and grilling inside - and I'm impressed that I haven't set off my fire alarm once since the hood was installed. I highly recommend Coppersmith.

I worked with Michael and Jared on a hood cover order for one of my interior design clients and I was blown away by the level of expertise, professionalism and general kindness / patience of their team.

I've just nailed down the design of my vent hood with Lee and I cannot say enough about how good the experience has been. Wonderful customer experience. Lee works with you on exactly what will work for your space and your design. He is very knowlegable and extremely patient to get things just right for you. I'm looking forward to the rest of the experience with this company.
