Friendly staff (& dog!), convenient, great hours, and usually have what I need. I worry about this place going out of business due to big box stores. A slightly higher price is WAY worth the convenience of having this gem right here in town.
The people are very helpful and friendly.....BUT.....I've only been there twice and each time they didn't carry some standard plumbing parts and I was forced to go to Lowe's.....I'm all about supporting small businesses but it's aggravating when there is no inventory.....it would have to be an absolute emergency for me to go back anymore and even then it's doubtful.....sad!

The employees are always kind and willing to help you the best they can! I'll pay a little more for products to receive the service Coppernolls Hardware provides! I've never had a bad experience at this store! Amazing experiences and I enjoy shopping locally as much as possible!

We stopped in to get a step stool instead of going all the way to menards. When they didn't have one they let us borrow there's. No questions no need for our name. Great hometown feeling.
