I purchased a property Coppermines previously did work on prior to my ownership. When I did not schedule them to continue treatment on the home they sent me a bill and threated collections on a service I never scheduled. After going to their office I was informed this was "their way" of getting my attention so I would contact them to schedule services. We had an ant attack in our kitchen. Copper Mines worked us in for a same day visit and David, the Service Tech, came at the end of a long day for him. He took his time and identified potential areas of concern, applied necessary pesticides, and advised to let Copper Mines know if the problems continued. This business was at one time known to be top notch. Over the past several years, we have experienced the decline of their customer service, response, and overall professionalism. After paying a full year in advance (so we could receive the 10% discount), we have been charged the full amount two years running.
