I do not recommend living here. One of my packages was stolen after being delivered and left directly outside my apartment. The building has security cameras, so I contacted management for help. They told me I needed a police report before they could review the footage. After speaking with the police, I was given a case number and told it should be enough. So ridiculous how the apt rent increased so drastic in 2024, They did a meeting, and lied about the max price you will have to pay and they don't even allow you to have washing machines or dryer. This apts just want your money and it's not even worth it. They are not responsable for the basement issues either they said it us not part of the lease. They charge you for second parking spot on top of increasing the rent, and also be AWARE, if your car break and you have a "borrow" car for a day, and you park in your paying parki... read more
