Poor quality and total disregard for time lines in your build. We had a miserable experience with this company and cannot recommend.
I wish there was a 0 star option. It took them about 2 years just to get us a permit, and they were the most miserable 2 years of working with incompetence and shadiness we've ever experienced. They are bankrupt now, but not before Steve went on many vacations before he filed. He's a criminal who crushes customer's dreams and steals their life savings.
They're absolute the worst builder in history. Takes an average of 3 years to build a home and halfway through the building process they will charge you a 9 percent change order due to unforeseen changes. They will take your money from the Bank then use it to pay for nothing that pertains to your house, leaving the sub contractors putting leins on your home.
