Lovely area!
The house is ok at best, lots of mistakes on it, but the service from Taylor Morrison is the absolute worst. They are incompetent from the ground up, specially that Rich guy that doesn’t know what the hell he is doing half the time. Do not buy from these people and save yourself the headache.
I've had a terrible experience with Taylor Morrison of Atlanta. We live in a townhome community in Doraville (Copperleaf at Global Forum), and had our car stolen out of our driveway at the end of January. The Taylor Morrison sales office/model home has surveillance cameras within view of our home that show the crime. I contacted them after the theft and they were unwilling to provide the footage to the police because it would "cost them money".
