This place is only concerned about making as much money as possible by squeezing its tenants dry. From extra charges for regular maintenance calls to charging insane fees when you leave. My husband and I paid a very large security deposit for move in and a dog and a cat. We left the place very clean with minor wear and tear. (Our animals are well behaved). My friend has a great place here
Good location and overall nice apartments. The property manager is absolutely awful to deal with. She is condescending and nasty even if you are a good tenant (your rent is always on time/early, and you cause no issues). Beware of asking her any sort of questions. Also if you have any issues with your apartment that are out of your control that you may need maintenance it will take weeks if not months to get the issue addressed. Too bad such nice apartments have to be ruined by awful management.
