Copperhood is situated in a perfect Catskill mountain setting, with the gorgeous Esopus River running through it. A comfortable, friendly, well equipped spa to enable a healthy retreat with weight loss. I loved the way the schedule was set up for the hikes, classes & pool. It all worked perfectly together. The food is absolutely delicious and very health oriented. Brava Bravo to Elizabeth & Lech for creating this wonderful experience. Lost 6 lbs. too!
What a treat! Beautiful surroundings, fabulous services and activities like massage and other body treatments, hiking, yoga, and more and of course, the wonderful owners.
