I’ve been coming to Copperhills dental for a few years now, and each tome my experience was exceptional. Dr. Reza takes a great care of his patients, explains everything in great details, and does only what needs to be done. The staff is also very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this dentistry and will continue using their services myself.
Service was not good.
The filling I received here was not smooth. It left a sharp edge (called an overhang) that trapped food and bacteria. This made it very hard to clean, and I had to go to a different dentist to have it fixed. Also, the final bill was higher than the price we agreed on before the work started. I am sharing this so others know to check the quality of the work and the final cost.
One of my family member had a root canal here that was later confirmed by an endodontist to be a clinical failure, resulting in infection and bone loss. The tooth now requires extraction and an implant. Additionally, the pricing was not transparent. They quoted us one amount but faced unexpected extra charges at the front desk that were not disclosed beforehand. Overall, I would advise others to be cautious regarding both the treatment outcomes and billing practices.
Our family had a deeply concerning experience with Dr. Sartipi. We paid thousands for dental work, yet the procedures resulted in two damaged teeth for my wife that have required 10 months of corrective work at other offices to address. As the person managing our family’s dental care and billing, I handled the subsequent dispute.
