First off let my say that Copperfield is by far the BEST apartments in Middle Tennessee that I have lived at ( and I have lived many places). I have experienced some horrible management from other apartments in Nashville and since living at Copperfield I was proven wrong that not all apartments operate the same. The property is always clean and well maintained, if there is a maintenance request for a unit it is taken care day of request and not weeks later. I have officially lived here for almost 5 months now. Best decision I ever made since moving to Tennessee. I knew from the beginning that it was the right place when Julie (from the leasing office) made sure I saw everything and knew everything I was getting before I would sign. Copperfield has been our home since they opened about 4 years ago. The management team is very aware of the community and works hard to keep it a safe and clean place for everyone. They like to keep everyone involved in seasonal events as a community. The maintenance team is responsive to request. Overall it is a nice place to live and convenient to many locations in Murfreesboro, Nashville and of course Smyrna.

It is a horrible place to live with this new administration that is focused on charging more for any carelessness of them, discriminates for not being American and always has closed the amenities for which we are paying. I have had 4 situations that have displeased me and for this reason I would never renew my contract. 1. OK everyone, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE, they are thieves, they will steal all your money!!!!! They call these luxury apartments and they are way to far from being that! the walls are super super thin so are the floors! There's black mold all throughout the buildings/apartments. They charge you a vip garbage pickup that you cannot opt out of, but they rarely pickup, then want to charge you outrageous prices for more than 2 bags outside your door.
