I would give no stars. Best you can say is its relatively cheap. When I moved in, they didn't replace the carpeting or even paint. Carpeting was filthy and coming apart at the seams. Used a piece from the closet to replace a huge oil stain in the bedroom. Cabinets and walls in ceiling caked with grease. Holes and nails in walls from prior tenant. Vents filthy. Overall the complex is nice..girl that works in office seems to have an issue with me..i have not given a reason to be treated this way..i do not like the attitude or the way she talks to me..i feel very insulted and will work to get her removed from here..i pay my rent and i take good care of the unit i am in..i am also a disabled war veteran and feel i dont deserve the total disrespect.. I give a 1 star for the complex and none for the management
This place does not deserve any stars. They are cockroach infested and at random times you may encounter a mouse. Cockroaches on edges of carpet, in nearly every kitchen cabinet even climbing up wall in bedroom. Maintenance is a joke. They never show up and when they finally do they do a half a** job. The leasing agent is so desperate to rent out the apartments that she will deceive you in any way possible.
