Management is great, they stay on top of any tickets I’ve submitted in a fast and timely manner. You can tell management cares and that’s rare nowadays.

when i say i can’t thank April enough, i truly mean it. i have never lived alone let alone applied for an apartment by myself but April provided so much reassurance and encouragement throughout this whole process. She maintained a professional approach but still made me feel like she cared. I’m excited that my application was approved & i am so elated that April was the leasing advisor i got to work with. Thank you again April for everything.

Decent apartment. Originally lived in the smallest unit and upgraded to a larger apartment, where I had terrible neighbors who blasted music and tv day and night and management told me “that’s apartment living” even during quiet hours. Maintenance team is good, some are a little TOO friendly. One worker came to my door repeatedly to give me a creepy compliment, which made me feel very unsafe as a young woman living alone. This place sucks. My apartment was infested with German roaches and the mgmt didn’t do anything about it. In fact they were so rude about the situation and I had to pay 3 months of rent without me actually living there (it became unlivable I had to throw everything I owned away). It’s still the same property manager that was there when this all happened. I also had a fire alarm go off for 24 hours and I had to call the fire department myself bc management didn’t take care of it. Save yourself money, sanity, and energy…Look e... read more

The head management has always been rude whenever calling, I’ve had numerous occasions where I’ve had to come up to the office and am treated rudely each time, and talked to like an idiot. I genuinely don’t know if i hope it’s personal or not because it’s baffling how any person in management can just get away with treating people.. poorly. I really. really. hope this changes. Her name is Linda and is genuinely the only true issue I have with this complex aside from the bugs, lack of privacy, etc.
