The worst place anyone could ever live in, the apartment is old and extremely expensive, the water shut offs are DAILY for several hours, the water cut off for 3 days one time and if you work a job were you sweat alot then you are going to suffer every time you want to take a shower. I appreciate that I have quite neighbors and the maintenance staff’s ability to repair or replace appliances as needed. The problem I have is the time it takes. It took almost a week to fix my air conditioner in the summer and it took 3 weeks to replace the lights in my kitchen. The staff is nice but communication needs improvement

Worst management, charging alot after lease move out, for single bedroom they are charging 100$ for blinds its only 30$ outside and deposit is not refundable

Stay Away Lived here 1.5 years. First year was fine, but after new management came in, it became the worst. The office staff is unprofessional, nasty, and shows no respect towards residents. No maintenance at all, and they hit you with huge fines when you move out. Save yourself the stress and stay away from this place.

I’ve been living here for a year now and unfortunately I can no longer recommend this place. For almost 4 months I’ve had a huge hole in my ceiling that still hasn’t been repaired, despite multiple requests. On top of that, I’ve been calling every day for the past 4 days trying to get my AC fixed—it keeps freezing up, and inside my apartment it gets up to 90°F, which is unbearable and unsafe, especially with daily heat advisories.
