Worst place Ever. Do NOT stay here. I lived there April 2025 to April 2026, big mistake. For starters, no word of a lie, the water was turned off for ‘repair’ over 20 times in that year… nothing ever got fixed. I couldn’t even shower on many days because they turned the water off for hours, so I’d have to shower at the gym. Not only this, but my ‘cold’ tap, only had burning water coming out of it since the day I moved in… lastly, when I moved out, I jus knew they would try something fishy and try and charge me extra money. I am in building 6 and maintenance just came by and fixed my utility door in like 5 minutes. They were very nice and efficient. Thank you. I would like to make a suggestion about the office though. You have voicemail for a reason. Please return phone calls. A day or two should be sufficent to contact one of your tenants back about anything. You guys don't return them at all. Very frustrating.
I do not typically leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience at Copperfield Apartments. My concerns began on move-in day. I was shown and told I would be renting a specific unit, but after paying my deposit, I was placed in a different apartment. The unit was also not ready, resulting in a significant delay while movers waited. Based on that experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch situation.
