It has been a long time since I've rented an apartment. I visited their leasing office to tour an apartment on a Friday. Iris Rivera was extremely polite, professional, and had a great sense of humor. I was also surprised by how much time she spent with me. Without question, she is one the reasons Gainsborough has so many great reviews. She showed me 2 apartments, fully explained all of the application steps, fees, and the process. I'm signing a lease on Monday. Thank you, Iris!
Recommend to no one the apartments are full of 🐁 as well the leasing management and some employees are careless about residents no value and respect for the their residence to many restrictions, Try some where else.
Clean and easy to access places in an ideal location. I’m not a tenant there yet but seriously considering moving there.
I am disappointed with my experience at this apartment community. Unfortunately, I have found the management and office staff to be unprofessional and, at times, disrespectful in their interactions with residents. My experience with Alby Cruz has been particularly frustrating, as I feel that tenant concerns are not handled fairly or constructively.
