We cannot say enough good things about Ian. He came highly recommended from our contractor whom we have used for over 20 years. He was able to find a leak that was extremely tricky - one that others missed - he found it the first time he came out. Since then he has assisted us with our home in Charlotte, our mom's homes (two) and is now helping us with a mountain build in Western North Carolina. He is honest, responsive and truly knows his stuff. He is more expensive than most but worth it! Cannot say enough good things.

I cannot say enough good things about Ian and his help. He is not the least expensive by a long shot but he is honest and does what he says he is going to do. If you have a leak and your roofer can't find it, call Ian. He also has been amazing with my mom's house. We have used him to solve leak problems and had him install leaf guards on our gutters and my mom's gutters within the past few months.
