So I tried to apply to live at this place but because they said the projected based of my paystub’s that I’ll make $18 over the $63,060 median income for three people I wasn’t approved which is really ridiculous. $18 can really change your life I guess. I only make $22 an hour at my work.
Nice apt building same management but new owners changed rule on payments. Pay check in the office no service charge but pay electronically even if it's a bank transfer theres an added charge. Also pavement by some parking garages were not even ie if garage unit was on different elevation the pavement to the garages are on different level like stair steps so driving when there's opposite traffic is weird and crazy..and maybe dangerous bec one goes to the other side of the road to avoid like driving over bumps..also they have... read more
Great place to live if you like neighbors who don’t care about their environment people are just plain lazy disrespectful and inconsiderate. The management and maintenance are trying their best to keep us happy and safe but the neighbors like to allow their dogs to shit in the yard on sidewalks and they litter their garbage everywhere
It is so good here
Crazy manipulative dishonest management. New Owners are questionable.
