Larissa was able to get us in super quickly. She was efficient and very communicative. She was able to get us into a beautiful unit that we now call our home. I very much recommend going through her and living here. Management is nice. People here are quiet and respectful. Very much appreciated that Larissa was able to get in our maintenance issues resolved within a decent time frame.
FPI Management group for Copper Mountain and Copper Ridge have class action suits filed against them and have lost those cases. They discriminate against lower class, say they take section 8 vouchers but make it impossible to qualify!
I love my charpig
My apartment was newer and was in a good location. But Cooperwood does have shady tenants. I noticed drug dealings and gang activity. Kids hanging out at 2 or 3 in the morning outside my apartment. Women allow their booty calls to come over and park in my paid parking space. One of the managers might have been racist.
No parking and no handicap parking. This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to drive around the block 10 times when I get off work and my mom is handicap and that's not okay. Please do something about this problem.
