I’ve been taking my cat and dog here for the last 5 years and they are always amazing to work with. The prices are reasonable for the comfort of your animals and the staff truly care for your pets wellbeing. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help with my kitty today. Honestly the vet-Dr. Adam Ustach amazing and loved having him be who provided care. His vet tech was also super kind and helpful getting us set up to be seen! Unfortunately, one of the front desk receptionists- Laché (long dark hair, young, lash extensions, and dark eye makeup) was the negative with our experience there. Let me also preface this whole story with the fact that I was the only person she was ‘helping’ the whole time. My family has had the best experiences at their urgent and regular facility with our babies. Highly recommend and at reasonable pricing!!
What a great place. Nobody ever wants to deal with having to say goodbye to a pet but these guys were extremely understanding of our situation even though they had never seen our dog before. They made sure we understood everything about the process and guided us through this difficult time extremely well. Thank you.
