This is by far the WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have ZERO compassion, low standards of customer service, constant outages, gouging "members" on costs that keep going up and up with service plummeting. They cut their hours so they don't have to work on Fridays (most people's paydays) and still make over $20 an hour.
