I am frustrated with how often the pool is closed during the nicest weather because of the actions of a few residents. Every time someone throws rocks in the pool or damages something, management closes the pool and takes away the amenity from everyone who pays to live here. The pool is one of the main amenities residents look forward to using, especially on hot summer days. Income restricted! That’s not the issue. I reached out and I was told it is not. It is! I made an appointment. The staff was beyond rude, fake nice while thinking they were above you. FYI, even if the units were posted as available, they are not. It’s because all those places have been served eviction notices, could take more than 3 months to be available. The office staff is horrible and don't answer their phone or respond to emails. Slamming doors cause extreme stress. People leave trash in front of their doors. I live upstairs and hear my neighbors downstairs stomping and talking all hours even quite yet office does nothing. Don't live here whatsoever
