We had lunch here four days in a row while taking course at the Morrisville ETC. Very good food, nice atmosphere and a real bargain of a price, the specials were only $7! Super friendly staff. Be aware that you're getting a fairly healthy lunch, not overburdened by starch. And they are not allowed to take tips!?! It was such a bargain, it made me feel guilty.
This was our first time here. My wife and ordered the specials for lunch and we were both satisfied with our meals (just $7 each including a drink). Our waitress was friendly and helpful (we had questions about Morrisville), and there's no tipping at this restaurant (so we both ordered delicious desserts). We'll return again.
My wife had the Dutch apple turkey sandwich, but they did not have peach jam (someone forgot to make it the night before - bad!) she was able to substitute cranberry mayo (good). Plenty of food for her (and Gluten Free bun). My pot roast burger was cooked to perfection, problem it was very small. I left there hungry after paying 10.50 for the burger.
My husband and I enjoyed a great meal. He had the fish fry -more than enough food it was moist andthe coating was crisp. I choose the meatloaf bacon burger-we paired with a glass of Good Nature Stout. Our server Garrett? Was attentive & soft spoken. We are local and will be back.:)
