I am one month now in rehab at Copper Trace and the cleaning staff is very good. Tracey and Audrey are super. They work as a team and get the job done thoroughly. They are pleasant to be around and seem to enjoy the work they do. You go Ladies!
Our mom has received excellent care from a wonderful team who have demonstrated genuine caring, empathy, and professionalism. From the business office to social services, therapists, nursing staff, and others, we have received good communication, helpful partnership in addressing any needs, and compassionate care. Knowing our mom is in good hands has taken a burden off our minds. We recommend Copper Trace to anyone.
Felt discriminated against! Wouldn't accept our family member at all with no explanation, also blackballed her from other Cardon facilities. I don't hold Cardon in very high esteem at all.
When I came here I couldn't walk and my voice wasn't the same. Now I can walk, and my voice has improved. We had many good times together and everyone was nice to me.
