RecommendedMy Father was one of the 1st patients when this facility opened. Over the years we have been very happy with the care from nursing staff, social worker, PT, activities director, and many more. They care and take good care of my Father and are always in communication with me. this is the third place I have moved my father to and I wish it had been the first.
The staff at Copper Trace is the best! I noticed immediately how much they care about their residents. It is truly not just a job for these folks. The facility and amenities are state-of-the-art and so beautiful. I highly recommend Copper Trace! -Brookdale Hospice

Gave great care to our family. Caring staff. Beautiful facility. Wonderful rehab. Only issue we have experienced is with laundry return. Overall great experience!!!
We really enjoyed meeting the residents and handing out Valentines! My mother was there this summer and the service project the kids needed to complete for school gave us the opportunity to thank you for her wonderful care!
SHAME ON YOU FOR HAVING STAFF REVIEW CT to raise your review scores!!! You have a so called nurse named Sandy who is from some other country- Mexico or India??? She is lazy and signs off she passes medications and sit on her butt all the time. My loved one will probably die Bc of her and I have ample evidence to prove it. There’s NO WAY mgmt doesn’t see her negligence but a body is needed to say your staffing needs are fulfilled. These are some of the fine people that I spent the last 6 weeks of my life with they nursed me back to health and I cannot say enough about all of them you're wonderful they are just a few there are others that I did not get pictures of Nicole an angel and several others that made my life a better place to be and I cannot thank them all enough I love you all thank you for making my life a better place God bless each and everyone of you they all deserve metals
