Recommendedvery clean,Everyone is very professional and caring . Mom has been in the Cherished Memories Unit for a year and a half . I have not had a problem that wasnt fixed asap.
You failed my father’s health. He was only there w a pic line. You sent him home w the virus. He didn’t get any therapy while there and you - YOU are responsible for his passing. Terrible terrible place. Take my post down. I hire a lawyer and I’ll be in touch soon.
RecommendedMy Father was one of the 1st patients when this facility opened. Over the years we have been very happy with the care from nursing staff, social worker, PT, activities director, and many more. They care and take good care of my Father and are always in communication with me. this is the third place I have moved my father to and I wish it had been the first.

RecommendedThe Reserve at Hamilton Trace is doing a fantastic job with handling the COVID-19 issue! They are great at communicating to residents and family members about what they are doing to protect our loved ones, plus, they really care and go the extra mile. It's wonderful and comforting to know that they truly care to do what's best to keep residents happy and safe. Our family truly appreciates all they do for our mother and everyone that lives in the community. Thank you to all staff at The Reserve!
