Mrs. Maria took personal property against me for damage her husband caused to a motorcycle (damage that her husband obviously had to pay for). I paid $1,800 deposit. Now that I handed over the apartment in good condition, she made more than 6 calls (harassment), saying that she did not want to be rude to me and that if I did not return the keys immediately, she would make the charges exceed the deposit ($1,800). I'M A VERY HAPPY RESIDENT...I've been a resident here at COOPER STONE APTS going on 7yrs +...This has been the BEST apartment yet by far I have ever lived at...A TRUE PLACE TO CALL HOME...The staff from the inside to the staff on the outside, are the most caring employees,whom take PRIDE IN OUR living standards, in making it a safe, healthy, clean complex and always putting there residents at the TOP of there PRIORITIES...COPPER STONE IS TRUELY A GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME
