Living here was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. When I moved in, there was already damage in my unit, which I documented with photos. Despite that, when I moved out, the office staff claimed my records were “missing” and later tried to bill me for those same pre-existing damages. Honestly, this place has become a complete nightmare. When I moved in two years ago, things seemed decent, but management has stopped caring completely, and now it’s a disaster. Yes, it’s pet-friendly, which is great. But a handful of lazy residents refuse to clean up after their dogs. Every inch of grass here is a disgusting minefield of dog crap.
