Be prepared to deal with rude, inconsiderate, classless, RACIST neighbors. Don't be surprised if your car is broken into or vandalized in any way. The Douglas County Sheriff confirmed that there has been numerous incidents and management could care less. Safety isn't a priority here. The layout is awful, lack of storage and amenities, no pantry or linen closets; you can hear the neighbors regardless of which floor you are on. Rent also increases yearly.
