Reached out to Mike about a week before I needed a curtain install into a brick wall. He responded promptly and we scheduled it quickly. Day of the install he got here a little early and was done in less than an hour. He was clean, courteous, and mindful of how we would use the curtains and what we needed. He even gave me a walkthrough on another item I needed to maintain. I've already started a list and plan on reaching out soon!
Mike was super helpful, professional, communicative and friendly! Very reasonable pricing for 2 ceiling fan installations, fixing a few wonky cabinets and drawers, and swapping out electrical outlets. Would highly recommend!
We had a tenant move out and leave behind pet damage to the wooden trim around doorways and the fireplace hearth. It was a frustrating situation, but Mike was a pleasure to work with. Mike is an extraordinarily talented handyman. He figures out solutions to problems that other professionals botched or did not know how to handle. His work is superb, and he works super fast.
