I had Gunner out again, second year in a row. He is like a magical wizard in how he made our originally-installed carpet look almost like brand new! Even the high traffic areas cleaned up nicely. He set-up, pre-treated, cleaned and scotch-guarded 3 rooms + 1 large closet + 2 extra long hallways AND cleaned up all in less than 2 hours.
