I was a patient at this facility in February. My experience in the facility itself was overall good at the time. However, my wife was never able to reach anyone on the phone when she tried to call. They made my wife pay a large fee upfront after I was admitted (hindsight, we never should have paid it because I am a veteran it the stay should have been covered under the COMPACT ACT.). I rate 5 stars!! Loved it here! I would recommend to anyone wanting to get help or detox to come to this place. No place is perfect but this place made my stay and detox journey a lot more comfortable. Thank you copper springs! Btw the food was awesome! They even allow seconds IF there is enough.. after making sure everyone or anyone who stayed behind got their food as well... :) Much love Copper springs!!! God bless you all!
Be careful when you get treatment here. I got some ECT treatments and everything was supposed to be covered! And the Anesthesiologist charged me almost 2k in fees!
Very unprofessional and terrible communication. The female workers would treat my roommate like crap when she would call to talk to her bf that was being treated recently and give her unnecessary attitude just because she called morning and night. The male workers were much more polite and understanding towards her. And terrible terrible communication.
