If you are a guardian, send your ward anywhere else. Seriously, a 13-year-old babysitter could do a better job. The staff has zero training. They don’t understand what it means if your ward is SMI on an injectable antipsychotic. They will take the staples out of the certified order and letters (which voids them) when making copies, and after seeing them, staff still didn’t understand that I was the guardian. This place is okay and I was here they didn't really follow that many groups they print out schedules daily but they only follow maybe one group out of the full schedule and it's typically the one that has to do with the animals they have like equine therapy and pet therapy which is really good but The only days that they had group that was actually on the schedule where like my last two days there and I was there for a week but the staff are very friendly it's very comfortable there it's not like bad I would say that it's d... read more

Updated: This place is beyond horrible! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! All they are interested in is billing an insurance company! Phones don’t work, you can’t call in and reach a patient, when patients call out the phones are breaking up and you can’t understand them! Not live person ever answers! The staff has no idea what is going on! Terrible place! This place is horrible! We have dealt with them twice now and both times were a complete waste of time! Intake counselor violating HIPAA standards by openly interviewing me in the lobby - phone intake coordinators failing to inform pertinent outpatient program information - overall unpleasant and unprofessional staff. I did a few outpatient intakes here and each one was worse. The experiences ended up being more so me practicing auditing skills.
