This was the most horrible of behavioral health hospitals I have ever witnessed. Oh it's pretty nice inside but the staff is lacking any consistency in rules and procedure. Every single request I had made other than using the phone was denied or made to wait till someone else's shift, So they can deal with it. I was not even allowed the courtesy of having my own extra pillow to utilize for comfort while sleeping due to the fact I have had four back surgeries (none successful), and live in much pain.
