Rented a storage in Jonesboro Arkansas. Same storage I have rented since 1998 but different owners. I pay my bill for 1 year which would be 11 months in advance. When they took bought the storage unit from previous owners I did not know about the change in ownership. I was 1 week late on my bill for one month. I paid for the entire year. They said you owe another $25 late fee. I said "Okay my fault I paid it and told them it won't happen again because I always pay for an entire year.
