Easy process with extremely helpful staff. Ruth was particularly helpful and to the point when helping me with move out! I would rent again.
Very nice customer service. The storage did have a poultry smell though. Otherwise everything was a smooth process.
Mika was very helpful when I needed to update my address and resolve an issue with my automatic payment not processing. There was an issue with the zip code for my billing and home addresses not being the same. Mika was very polite and able to resolve the issue quickly.
