Anne was a great help getting me into my unit today. I called the number on the building and she was quick to answer and help me figure out my pass code again. Thanks Anne!! 😀 Great storage place been here for 2 yrs and never had a issue.

Excellent customer service. Dre was amazing at helping me get the answers I needed on my account in a timely manner. He is a great example of what excellent customer service should be.
We did everything they said. Cleaned the unit and put the lock in the lock box took pictures sent them to the email address they gave us. But they kept our cleaning deposit because they said we did not put the lock in the lock box. So if you get a unit from them be sure and take pictures of you putting the lock in the lock box with the clean unit. So this will not happen to you
