Lived here two years. Loved the staff, loved the amenities, loved going to the community events, loved most of the neighbors. Maintenance was amazing. My main issue is that like every apartment complex, they price out their longer term residents. Over 1900 for a two bedroom was absolutely ludicrous for something that started in the 1600s. We helped our son move to Copper Run in June and are very happy. Alex has been very helpful through the whole process and afterward too. The apartment is a nice size with good amenities. The location is about 10-15 minutes by car to UM, and it's a short walk to Albertsons or Target. The whole development, and his apartment, are maintained well.
