We helped our son move to Copper Run in June and are very happy. Alex has been very helpful through the whole process and afterward too. The apartment is a nice size with good amenities. The location is about 10-15 minutes by car to UM, and it's a short walk to Albertsons or Target. The whole development, and his apartment, are maintained well. This is one of the best places I've ever lived in my life! The staff are amazing, great amenities, beauty everywhere. It was a great process to get an apartment here! I wish I could stay longer but I shall return here!

Alex is absolutely amazing! Very helpful, personable and kind. Maintenance is quick to respond if you ever need anything. They take real good care of the landscaping which I love! Pet friendly, amenities are great! Overall a wonderful community, great neighbors and amazing staff!
Copper Run is a great place to call home. Prior to relocating here, I had reached out with my many questions, and a virtual tour. Alex was absolutely amazing in assisting me. When we arrived, after driving across country, they were very welcoming and even had some Welcome gifts in the apartment, which I thought was thoughtful and appreciated.
