Copper River has become a frequented spot for us for happy hour. Their service at the bar is always friendly and attentive. They updated a few items on their HH menu and I really like the wagyu sliders and chicken tenders. They have more creative options than most happy hours and their drinks are delicious too!
The food was outstanding and the service is always wonderful at Copper River. I enjoy the atmosphere they're very much in the owner's excellent!
My wife and I go about once a month when we don’t feel like cooking that night. We are thankful that we can always depend on them to not over cook things and truly cook with care and intention.
