Horrible living experience. They don't accommodate DV incidents, or payment plans, so if you are behing rent they will immediately pursue eviction and will not work with you. Will charge to repaint apartment even after a 6 month lease and no sign of wear and tear. Automatic 400$ charge. Automatic cleaning fee. Will charge for things that they aren't legally able to for the deposit. Office people do not answer the phone.
