I’ve been living in this apartment since 2020, so it’s been about five years. Recently, I requested to move into a two-bedroom unit because I have a child and a medical need for more space. The leasing office told me I would need a doctor’s note, which I submitted over a month and a half ago. Since then, I haven’t received any response—not even a yes or no.
