UPDATE TO RESPOND TO COPPER RIVER: Yes, the lease states that. And I spent days cleaning- The unit was cleaner when I moved out, then it was when I moved it. When I moved in, the "Professional cleaners" that you hired to get it ready for me to move in, left a lot of dirt and the apartment was disgusting. I can post photos of what the unit looked it. Legally in the state of Washington Tenants have until the 5th of the month to pay rent. & In Our lease it states we have until the 6th. With that being said, giving out notices on the THIRD.. or even at the beginning of the month on the first EACH month to pay or vacate is a form of harassment. As tenants we have RIGHTS. And they are being violated with this nonsense. I understand sending notices out to people who owe rent AFTER the 5th or 6th day if it hasn’t been paid! Moved here about 2 weeks ago and I love it, staff is great and the grounds always look nice.
Great place to live friendly office staff always bright and full of smiles. If youre looking for a place to rent check it out! Katty or Riley at the front office can get you taken care of!
