The corporate entity behind this complex is great about having their lackies post warnings to people about things that should not be done and the consequences if they are continued to be done. Yet there is no action it's just all a bunch of bluster and they tend to focus on the negative no barbecues no open barbecues no trash no poop from your pets etc but they do nothing to enforce what they say in their notices to us.
by far the best place to live I’ve never felt more safe than here and it’s a beautiful place inside and out
