We decided to purchase our family home and build here. Worst experience ever. I closed in March 2022. We should have closed November 2021. The run around started from the very beginning from changing the brick because the made an error to lack of communication, planning errors, billing errors. Once in the home we had multiple issues in our home. Don’t buy from Centruy. It has been one the most painful least enjoyable experiences of my life in terms of dealing with a company for which I bought a product from. You would think that for 650k plus they would have given you a good quality house. Not the case. Every sub contractor they have used as done below average work. And the year long Warrenty is a joke. You will have to call and beg every day for them to come out and fix leaking pipes, flooding basements, broken cabinets, broken windows, broken doors. All of this fr... read more
think about the WORST possible experience with a builder you could possibly imagine - that is exactly what we have experienced with this builder. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT buying from them. what a nightmare.
Not happy with the quality of this home the land or the costumer service. Every time someone has come out to fix something their first response “yeah this job wasn’t done correctly or it was done to fast” meanwhile we are being lied to. Very upsetting experiences with our backyard and house flooding. Last house on the block and we get all the run off from the houses above. :( our play area for the kids is completely wrecked and the toll it has taken on our emotional well being every time the weather calls for rain is a joke!... read more
