This is the place to live if you love coming home and never having a place to PARK! Or being blocked in by someone else who had nowhere to park! Or having to park in the grass (aka hay), on the shoulder of the road, in the "no parking zones" etc. No amount of complaining does anything. They need an extra lot, but they are so money hungry, it's pathetic. One night my daughter needed to be taken to the ER, wouldn't you know it blocked in! Had to call a friend who lived close by to get us to the ER asap at 3 a.m. They don't car... read more
Terri the manager over the apartments is a joy to work with.
I moved into Southern Magnolia Apartments in January of 2020 into a one bedroom. The apartments are a nice size for the price. Parking has never been an issue. In the past maintenance issues were hit or miss but recently that has improved greatly. Utilities were high but I’ve been told that is due to the rural location. I enjoyed my time living in this complex. I moved due to work and would have stayed if that was an option.
Linda is great to work with. She has been nothing but kind to anyone. I have lived here for years.
