Honestly do better. I will say the price is reasonable but leaving your tenants with no AC for 4 days is unacceptable. Notified the office Thursday and they barely put the request in on a Monday. So inconsiderate especially when you have kids. It sucks when you keep calling the office to speak with a manager by their always “busy or not in office” I can’t wait for my lease to end here. I’ve contacted cooperate office also.
I’m going on 2 years here,, nice place to live, quiet, safe. , Office staff, maintenance staff very nice and friendly, especially manager Raquel. She goes above and beyond, professional, and on top of any issues or concerns. I definitely recommend. Keep up the good work!! Thank ya’ll.

Esos apartamentos no se merecen ninguna estrella estuve viviendo hay durante 9 meses y en esos meses me robaron la tapa de mi troca y aparte la gerente Raquel es una vieja grosera me estuvo cobrando un estoras que nunca usamos y un día jalé la puerta del estoras y se abrió y traté de limpiarlo y resulta que tenía dueño esa basura del estoras y Ami cobrándome por guardar esa basura.
