Thank You Copper Ridge Apartments for the years we’ve been here. Now we are buying a house 🏠 and it’s time to leave. Thank You to Mrs Raquel and The Dream Team for allowing us the Blessing of moving in years ago. The rent is the lowest I’ve seen for a 3 bedroom townhouse. Since I have been here they have restriped and repaved the parking lot twice. They have redone all the stairs in the breezeway and also repainted the breezeway. Maintenance fixes any issues in a timely manner. The staff over all are very attentive with any issue that occurs on the property. It is very safe and community oriented. I've walked my dog at 2am and have never had any issues. This is the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in.

ROACH INFESTED AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT. The first day I moved in here my neighbor brought me roach treatment because she was in fear they would travel back upstairs to their apartment. Dog poop all over sidewalk. Manager walks around smelling peoples doors handing out lease violations based on assumptions but when you hit her with the facts she tries to look for ways to EVICT YOU WITHOUT PROOF STATES SHE DOESNT CARE TALK TO HER SUPERVISOR.
