The staff is always positive and helpful and in good moods. They interact well with clients and family alike. They’re genuinely interested in the lives of people who live there.
The staff is pleasant. But the meals are always cold. Like 95% of the time my Dad said he has received cold food. Rather it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. I really wish I was able to work because I would turn that kitchen around for the best.
