Giving 1 star and that is only for the 2 staff members who actually tried to help my mother. She was at Copper Ridge for 22 hours, that's all 22 hours. Cold food, rude nurses, this establishment, needs too be looked at by the govt.very disappointing I've been a resident of Carroll county my entire 54 years...looks good on the outside,my advice,is too stay away from inside, much better places than here.and I only visited my family member 3 times.employees didn't have any answers about anything.if u want more than a piece of toast for dinner,I suggest not using they're services..
I am impressed with the care being provided. Food seems to be excellent, staff attentive, building clean. The care team has been awesome.
