We purchased our home in Rosemont from James Prince Construction in Dec 2018, and would not have bought a home from any other builder. We purchased our home for $135.19 p/sq ft. Our home has 2151 sq/ft. Our home included gutters, hard wood floors(not laminate),blinds, JennAir refrigerator, 10’ ceilings, 8’ doors throughout home, and a 10 yr warranty.
