DO NOT RENT from this place. I lived in the oasis building. I had a major mice problem when I called and talked to Alexis about it they said there were other tenants complaining about the same thing. That they were looking into it. After 3 days of it not being rectified I called and talked to Amelio about it again. He said they looked into it and tried to reassure me that they were "just field mice" coming from the field behind the building and there really wasn't anything they could do. This place is EXTREMELY crooked/shady!! I had applied for a 1 br 1 bath unit (which literally took me about 4 hours) application process was ridiculously long. Had to go to Walmart to get a money order to pay the application fee, finally got it all done. Alexis said they’d be calling my rental reference.. They called my reference under a Spam number, some dude from India or somewhere was on the other end. Got through the entire thing and they denied me because they said I gross $50,000 a year!
