Service suck I been stuck trying to get info bout my application they don’t answer I go in person and they don’t help 830 credit and they still struggling
This place is terrible. They don’t even show up to appointments they make on the calendar, as I’m just trying to show proof that their rental portal is messed up. 9 months later saying I missed a month of rent and had notices. I got on my portal to clearly see this has to be a mistake. I went down to talk to them, Emilio ripped my papers up in front of me and proceeded to down grade me and tell me he will not be looking at any portal, he has his own papers and those are correct.
