My experience here was very unsatisfying and unwelcoming. First, in total i waited 3 days for maria to call me back from management. she never did, she gave me a tour which was nice and she seemed nice but very hard to get ahold of her she’s always In a meeting or not in office. Even though I didn’t end up renting here because I moved to Portland for school, I had one of the best experiences thanks to Alexis. She’s always smiling, genuinely friendly, and so easy to talk to. Alexis is honest, respectful, and intentional in every conversation, answering all my questions clearly without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. My experience has been not so good. When Liz was here, she lied to my housing specialist now that she is gone, Emilio is following in her footsteps. Very rude, unhelpful, everything I asked if he could help me with, he said he couldn’t help he is very kind to new renters, beware, you will come to see the true Emilio.
