We have lived here for a while now. When Michelle was managing this place was ran so much better. I am using my sisters account because I am so scared that liz will take this out on me because like she did to my neighbor she will threaten to evict you if you say anything that offends her she had my neighnbor crying. Let's just say unless you want a bunch of very strict rules by living here and having landlords who don't care then I highly suggest not living here.. I told my client I would leave this review on behalf of her.. Had an exceptional experience with Alexis, leasing agent in the office. She was very friendly, kind and considerate in each interaction with me. I greatly appreciated her support and guidance throughout application process. Her professional was exceptional.
I had to stop by the office today, and honestly, it wasn’t a great experience. Emidio was rude and condescending, and he lied about delivering some paperwork I had asked for. What really bothered me was that he did this right in front of other residents, which was embarrassing and unnecessary. On the other hand, I want to give a shoutout to Alexis.
